Swordfish PCBs — Felix Jen
Released on June 24, 2022
Project Swordfish, a custom Arisu layout, is designed to be an updated take on ergonomic keyboards.
By using a modern 8 degree shift in key position rather than 12 degree shift, Swordfish presents a more gentle shift between ergo and traditional layouts. On top of this change, Swordfish encorporates PCB leafspring gasket mounting and plateless hotswap compatibility, allowing users to easily customize typing feel and sound to their liking. The USB-C port is embedded into the weight – providing an even, undisrupted frame which maximizes consistency in the build.
